Refunds/Exchanges:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the order is submitted; we are unable to modify the order once in process. 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges

Shipping:

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once your preorder is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
• Unless stated otherwise, please allow time for production before your order ships.
• Estimated timeline:
  • Production time: 10–14 business days after preorder window closes
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days 
• In Stock orders will be shipped 1-2 business days from ordered date.
• At this time, we only ship within the United States

Tracking your order:

• You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Puanani Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
